My account, along with all my friends and family's accounts, was deactivated for no reason. Some of them had only opened the account and had not even made one purchase yet.

I buy items thinking Ill get some of the money back yeah great deal them ibott makes it impossible to get my money it wont recognize my email or my telephone but I constantly get emails this is starting to feel like a scam if need be Ill report to the better business bureau I need to answers soon in the past Ive been able to redeem with no issues to my bank account so whats wrong now. My email & cell number are still the same

They deactivated my account and all my friends and relatives that had my code. 6 accounts were deactivated for no reason.

i got a emil that said it was shut down, my acccount and my daughters with her e mail. she had ove 300.00 in her account to collect i had about 60.00

I have tired to sigh in in and it just says whoops

I bough 5 of the Keebler graham cracker crust (on app) $1.00 back on each and it didn't give me the $5 back say offer can't be found-missing $5 uploaded receipt on app

I had it bought for years. They claim they overpaid me over $200, which is impossible, so they have kept every dollar I have made for the past 2 years.

We have turned in several receipts in the last 3 months, and I know it had money earned, and it's still stuck on $6.14. Which? I should've been past that a long time ago; matter of fact, I should have never had it.

I want my money back. I'm going to have to seek an attorney.

This has been going on for a week or more. I cannot get into my account. I have tried every possible way, over and over, and I couldn't finish my reply at the top.

I wanted to buy Thanksgiving dinner on Ibotta and I took a picture of it. It said I have $30.92 on there and it won't let me withdraw it.

I really need money back on my Paypal account. Can you please help me get it on there? I really like Ibotta, but if this does not get fixed, I might not use it again.

I got two referrals. I sent all the documentation.

I have not received my money. I'm just getting the run around.

They are ineffective and I'm thinking about cashing out and discontinuing using them and using Rakuten instead. They are unresponsive and bogus.

I am rewriting this because I put the wrong email address in! You cancelled my account for a reason unknown to me and I would like further explanation.

My original email was tinam2@***.net. That account was hacked, so I re-enrolled using christinemundy2@***.com. I do not understand your reasoning for cancelling this, as I already lost money on my original account.
