I have some questions for them
I'm not receiving anything from my county market shopping trips, and my card is attached to my Ibotta account! Also, I had three people sign up for Ibotta, and I haven't received my $10.00, and none of them have received their $5.00 either!

- Not getting the rebates and bonus you deserve
Preferred solution: My 10.00 for each of my referrals and my cash back for all my county market shopping trips!!!

I did what the site told me to do several times and different days. I got no help*****I cant write anymore.

I recently submitted my receipt and was expecting over $12 in cash back, and when I initially checked, it was only $5. So I went through the list of missing cash back, scanned all products, then it went up to $11.
It wouldn't accept the Tide To Go pens for no obvious reason because it was certainly the right product. I went ahead and submitted the receipt for the $11. Then, after processing, it gave me $0.00. Not cool; I shouldn't have to do so much for you to do as promised.
Cash back owed is $12 for the following: Tide To Go pens, Amope foot mask, Refresh Omega eye drops, Purex laundry soap, fabric softener Snuggles, dryer sheets Snuggles, and Energizer batteries. Not only did I submit the receipt, but I also scanned each product. There is no reason for the cash back not to be awarded as promised. This isn't the first time I have had this issue.

User's recommendation: You have to stay on top of it or they will do what they can not to honor the promises made from using thier app. So far they have always made corrections but after my leg work aduw diligence. I did get the $11 cash back that originally showed up but not the extra dollar from product bar code not matching. Better than a sharp stick in the eye. If I weren't poor and didn't need the $$ i would not waste my efforts but as the struggle is real every dollar counts.

Having hard time creating an account and starting Ibotto app... there's always a connection error.
not sure what is the reason for that error.

It was a joke, I didn’t even get to talk to a real person and that’s what I needed so I went through a bunch of hoops to try to get to a real person, but it still didn’t work. I can’t get into my account, I didn’t know that you guys take 399 out of my account for four months or longer, and never used to be this way.
This was always a very good thing for people to do so now I still have a lot of money in my account and I would like all the 399s to be sent to me also plus the money I have in there so you guys pretty much you have all my info. Please send the money in a check or somehow that I can get to it.

Card number in and pay $45 a month to get this whatever that I had And it wouldnt let me do anything else and all Im asking now because I am a pissed customer. Is you send me my money to 14487 Wood Town Rd., Sunbury, OH 43074 and he never used to charge to keep the money in there and I would like all of that that I just found out that you guys take four dollars out every month I would like that refunded to me because it was All done legit I sent and I did everything and theres no reason that you guys should be able to take money out I didnt know a thing about any rules like that you used to be a good company, but not now its horrid so please give me what I ask you For because I am a pissed customer now!

Verified ReviewerCan.t login on their website and they don.t give a darn then you call this number and they tell you if need to dial 0 well wrong cause every time I did it said invalid entry.
Awful service and the website has been down since Thursday of last week.It.s say.s oop.s there is technical issue or something to that fact.Bullcrap.If they have a issue then send out a notice to the customers.This shows lack of leadership in their company.I have seen the light with Ibotta and maybe they went out of business/ Bankruptcy and left i hanging without notice.Wow sad never again with company.

Ibotta is constantly pulling coupons. Theres no way to talk with a human!
You have to reach a $20 threshold before you can even cash out your earnings! Customers shouldnt have to wait at all to cash out the money they have rightfully earned! A $20 threshold is a lot to meet this day and age nowadays.
The App itself isnt even user friendly. So No I would NOT recommend this App to anyone!

Ibotta waited until I had over $50 in my account and then deactivated my account for no reason. I didn't violate any terms of service. All my time and energy uploading receipts for months just for nothing but their gain.

Because I am very frustrated because I cant get in my account once before this it happened so I opened a new account but when I did I lost what money was on my account. I have been trying for over a week and I am not receiving the emails.
