But, no worries, Ibotta encourages users to utilize the Ibotta Help Center available on their website and app, which provides a comprehensive range of resources, FAQs, and a convenient inquiry submission system to connect with the Ibotta customer support team.

Ibotta offers 24/7 support to its users, ensuring assistance and guidance whenever needed. Their dedicated team works around the clock to verify information on receipts, including details such as items, amounts, and transaction dates. However, if you submit tickets through the Ibotta help center, the response may take up to 2 business days. But during days with high volume requests, the response time is sure to be increased.

I used to love IBOTTA because I coupon a lot and I use the earnings for rewards. I have been waiting to withdraw my earnings for 3 days and I'm constantly receiving an error message. Customer service is terrible.

Excellent customer service

I purchased Fancy Feast cat food. The details stated 3 per receipt.

I purchased 6 cans and rang up 3 on one receipt and 3 on another. Ibotta didn't give me credit for the $.75 I was due.
After reaching out to you guys, I received my credit.

This is the second time you have assisted me with an Ibotta issue. Thank you!

Ibotta is terrible now.
I was in their top 5% of savers, and I read all of the rules and followed everything that was required in order to get cash back. For a while, it was great.
But recently in the past few weeks they keep denying my
deal submissions, and when I try to reach out to customer care, they would say that my UPC codes were incorrect when they clearly were right.

Of course it took them 2 days to even respond to any message at all. Trying to get a hold of customer care is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Terrible terrible terrible customer service now!
I am not someone who normally writes bad reviews, because I try to give people a chance to correct things. But Im putting this out there because you just cant trust Ibotta anymore.
And forget about trying to reach actual people for help. It is a complete nightmare.

Ibotta has definitely gone downhill.

I actually removed my account from their system today. Im DONE, just on principle, even though previously I was making close to $100 month in rebates.

Never heard from anyone and their app keep giving me a message that an email would be sent to which I never received my cell number also keep giving me the message that they couldn’t send sms message to send a code all nonsense. I keep getting their emails why not the authentication email scam!!

Products sometimes not taking the UPC code even though correct products. Nobody that you can talk to or email to but only chat bot. So I lost $4 on my cash back since no one there human can help me. At least we can send email or something else to tell you about the problems.
