We are family of four and only me and my husband using ibotta since 2015. But since last one year we are having such a hard time submitting our receipts.

Recently we changed our mobile devices as we bought new ones. I received email 3 days back they permanently deactivated our accounts. I mean how come, we never ever voiltated any rule or terms . When I emailed the after two days I got reply in which they copied and pasted the whole list of rule violation.

Come on ibotta team at least come up with valid proof and reasons. They are definitely over worked and messed up because most of the complaints I see about their technical problems.

Issue is not resolved. But in my household we are not Using Ibotta app anymore.
