I tried many times to transfer $40 dollars from my ibotta account to my checking account and it would transfer then I submitted many tickets to ibotta care team and filled out the form and answered all of their questions got a number back ibotta's care team sent me an article to try I did what it said and it didn't fix the problem I told him that it did not work they sent me the information again I told them that information did not work I found one of their help questions that says they can do a manual transfer into my bank account which they already have all the information this information has been sent many times I don't feel that they want to help me at all I also have called customer service three times and never got a call back either the ibotta care team has asked for my first name date of birth email address the last four digits of my phone number got a new phone number I told him I do not have access to the old phone number I got a new phone number and also gave them the information on the same email that I wrote everything on they never change the old phone number to the new phone number because they're the only ones can do it and on the page there's no place that I can even change it myself I had sent them a picture that says a customer can only have one bank account and I only have one bank account ibotta care team sent me a email that I told them I wanted account number two with the amount of $42.71 all they have to do is a manual transfer of $40 dollars if ibotta care team did the manual transfer I would have already had my money it takes three to four business days I also called customer service three times and they have never returned my phone call
