I would like for someone to help me understand how and why you would give me credit for one recipt but no the other one. I made both purchases from the same store for the same items on the same night but for whatever reason I only got credit for one of them.

I submitted to customer care and they are still refusing to give me my money back...and no one is explaining why. AND there is no one to talk to. Only emails a d pictures which is clear not cutting it because my purchases are still being ignored This is particularly annoying because these are items I wouldn't usually buy if I wasn't using your app.

This is my first problem I've had. Usually issues are resolved immediately...so I hope we can come to an understanding...
