New ReviewerThis is the second time this week that I am trying to submit a receipt on the seventh day from purchase. The first one being on March 6 and I did submit a support ticket however I have not heard anything back as of yet.
Today, I have a receipt from March 10 that Im trying to upload and submit however when trying to do so I keep getting an error message saying my receipt is older than March 10. Clearly, this is not the case. Ibotta clearly states if trying to submit a receipt on the eighth day, no credit will be given nor will receipt be accepted, which I understand..
We are not at the eighth day on the receipt Im speaking of today and the one I tried submitting previously. Im getting extremely frustrated at this point and considering discontinuing the use of Ibotta, as well as, spreading the word of my displeasure

Preferred solution: Credit for offers due to me.
