Unable to withdraw
I have not been able to withdraw the funds I earned, which is $35.90.I am given a message when entering my phone number for verification purposes. After entering my 10 digit phone number for a text messaged code to enter, I get a message that says Ibotta is unable to send an SMS to my number and to contact support for assistance.
When I try another method as indicated on app, it sends me right back to entering my phone number with the same result.
I have tried numerous times entering my number and no resolve in retrieving the money I earned. NOT HAPPY IBOTTA APP USER!!):
I am unable to withdraw the cash back owed to me. It will not allow me to enter my number and refers me to contact support.
I have emailed support without any resolve to this issue. Would someone please contact me and let me know how to proceed in order to retrieve or withdraw the funds?

No customer assistance, and I have to call an ambulance now even. This has always worked instantaneously.
And now that I desperately need it to pay for gas for a ride to the hospital, I have to call an ambulance instead. A $7000 bill compared to a $30 ride.

Ibotta App Not Working /Unable to Access my Account
Greetings,
I have been trying to access my account for the past 6 days; however, the app is not working, and I have already missed out on several offers due to this issue. I have done all troubleshooting suggestions for this issue as indicated, yet it does not fix the issue. Can you please look into this matter and let me know when it will be fixed?

My name is Vinny Collazo and Ive never used. I bought it but I was referred by a friend and I started earning money immediately.
It was so cool that I can use my EBT card and actually get cash back and redeem it for a gift card so on and so forth or even cash directly to my accounts now the bad thing is, it keeps showing me a message that my phone number has been validated. That was three months ago. I have still not been able to withdraw Penny. I have sent them about 40 emails about helping me connect my phone number and they seem to think I have another account which I dont but this phone is a company phone.
The only one I have so maybe the other person did I gave them all my information and went through it they said they resolved it and then sometimes they would just reply and say oh, are you having trouble trying to buy a gift card like I dont know if they speak English what country they are in but even the phone Through consumer theyre nice enough to try to get in touch with them but every time I call through there it doesnt work and it hangs up on me. Ive had it. Id like to file a formal complaint with the consumer fraud bureau because this is straight fraud. Theyre charging my account now 399 a month or a week because theres no activity will there be a lot of activity because I get about $900 in food stamps and I love that concept so if we can fix this, Ill change that one star Of Five Please contact me directly on my business line and when you do call it youll realize it is a Virginia phone number.

I had been sick and I hadn't been using Ibotta because I wasn't able to shop. They deducted four dollars from my account, and I called them and explained the situation.
They refunded the four dollars and said I would have six months to use my account again before it would happen, but within just a few weeks after the call, they deducted four more dollars again. Now, I have asked them to call me because it's impossible to call them. I have received no call, no response, nothing from them. So, if I don't hear from them within a couple of days, I am just going to close my account.
It is not worth all the hassle. Plus, there are hardly any good offers now compared to what they were when I first joined.

Missing over $13
I would like to speak to someone, please. My Walmart receipt keeps saying that it's been submitted.
I paid with my card that is linked to my Walmart account. I am still missing over $13. I kept trying to submit a review. I did that; they said wait for 72 hours.
I did that; it is still missing all of my offers. I went shopping specifically for these offers.
I keep trying to resubmit the receipt, and it says it's already been submitted. I really would like somebody to call me back, please.

I went into my ibotta account. I needed to login.
I verified my email address. However. When it asked to verify my phone number by sending a code.
It was not my phone number that the code was to be sent to. Please help with this.
