I have been trying now for a week. They still dont have the issue fixed.

I have submitted everything you requested - and my first request was 10-23-24 and I still have no answer from you. It has been another month since I last heard anything from Ibotta and still you have not credited me for my Bed Bath and Beyond purchase.
Is Ibotta just not going to honor the purchase I made? Please don't tell me you are waiting for BBB to respond because I sent you all the receipts that I made this purchase back in October and yet it is the same excuse provided every time I write and request an update. What is the deal with Ibotta not honoring my purchase?
No one responds with a status. Ibotta has made this as difficult as possible for me the consumer.

Cant login
Login has been attempted with no help . Have not been able to login for over 6 month.
No help from customer service. They won't answer my request.

- Bad on login issues pulling rebates and long wait times

Unable to upload receipt
Bought six Rotel tomatoes cans. App would only recognize one from my receipt.
Frustrating because these were part of a $5 bonus promotion. No live person at customer service number.
The bot that you can converse with is next to useless. Interestingly the feedback here is a site called pissedconsumer.

Ibotta has gone downhill-I’m warning whoever I can-don’t trust them!
Ibotta is terrible now.
I was in their top 5% of savers, and I read all of the rules and followed everything that was required in order to get cash back. For a while, it was great.
But recently in the past few weeks they keep denying my
deal submissions, and when I try to reach out to customer care, they would say that my UPC codes were incorrect when they clearly were right.
Of course it took them 2 days to even respond to any message at all. Trying to get a hold of customer care is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Terrible terrible terrible customer service now!
I am not someone who normally writes bad reviews, because I try to give people a chance to correct things. But Im putting this out there because you just cant trust Ibotta anymore.
And forget about trying to reach actual people for help. It is a complete nightmare.
Ibotta has definitely gone downhill.
I actually removed my account from their system today. Im DONE, just on principle, even though previously I was making close to $100 month in rebates.

Resolved: Cannot use my cash for lowes card or put in bank acct
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The Ibotta system must have been having problems, but to my surprise, I was able to get my gift card for Lowes without any problem.I probably will keep the app but will update if any changes..
I have been with this company for over 8 years now and never had any issues. They always responded.
Now, I can't even get a lousy $64.52 gift card for my husband. I even tried putting it in my bank account, but I'm still getting a 'no, try back later' response. Once again, this is another company that can't be trusted.
Do not connect your bank account. I will be deleting my account soon!

Hello, I am reaching out because I sent an inquiry through the help center over a week ago since my account was deactivated. The reason was that I submitted a blurry picture of a receipt and was not given another chance to take a better picture.
I have been active with your company for over 4 years and had accumulated over $300 in Ibotta cash. Now I cannot access this money because of a blurry picture, which does not seem fair. I was counting on using this money for the holidays and was hoping you would consider reactivating my account. This would enable me to continue using your service as well as pay for my holidays with the money I have saved.
If someone could please get back to me, I would greatly appreciate it. My name is Mary Olson.
