Ibotta - HORRIBLE

They will say the receipt is unreadable when it is not, to deny the credit. Happened to me several times. No they won’t put it back in your offers either!They used to have ok rebates. Now nothing! Now only offer 10cents for an any item receipts. Might as well have no customer service as the little bit they have is useless! No one will EVER get back with you.

Ibotta - Festival foods rebates don’t work!

I had 3 separate rebate items totaling $2.55 in credit that I was supposed to receive. The app tells you that for the Festival Foods store you are to scan the barcode on the bottom of your printed receipt but when you scan the barcode it says invalid!! Why do you even list the Festival Foods store as an option to earn rebates if they never work??!!!! This app sucks and this is false advertising!

Ibotta - Poor customer service

First, you can't actually call them. What should be a 5 or 10 minute phone call turns into 20 emails and nothing solved. Second, they list my local grocery store and they tell me it's not on their list and I should send them a screenshot. Now I can't connect.on the app for the past several day's and no reply from email.
