N though it was refundable if was not going to pay so I uninstalled the app and have no intention of reinstalling it

I was browsing in my account a coule days ago and somehow my account was messed up. I started a new account, but the $ ($17.and change) wasn't transferred.

I am hoping you can get me back into my old account and cancel this one. I don't remember my email address or password, it's been a while since I had to login.

I can't get into my account to even place a ticket for help, as it won't accept my email format. I called and was directed to go to yet another website, and didn't talk to anyone.

I made an account and went to submit a receipt for .25 any receipt, .50 Reeses puffs, .50 mini muffins and .50 for Cheetos and the app logged me out and has not let me back into my account at all. I was also waiting for the $5 for being referred as well.
