I purchased Fancy Feast cat food. The details stated 3 per receipt.
I purchased 6 cans and rang up 3 on one receipt and 3 on another. Ibotta didn't give me credit for the $.75 I was due.
After reaching out to you guys, I received my credit.

I do not understand why my account was shut down. I dont understand how I submitted a fraudulent receipt on 11/17.
Please explain to me what exactly happened.
Recently I found out my original email tinam2@***e was hacked so I resigned up using my gmail account. I had money in the original account that I lost out on and now I need an explanation of this termination.

I used to love IBOTTA because I coupon a lot and I use the earnings for rewards. I have been waiting to withdraw my earnings for 3 days and I'm constantly receiving an error message. Customer service is terrible.

The company's fine at first if you shop all of the time and withdraw the money weekly/monthly. I shop heavy every 2 months for the budget then the computer red flags account and won't release it untill I ***

My account has been deactivated and I don't know why. I've used Ibotta for years and I LOVE it!
I guess I messed up somewhere and I don't know where. I've never been locked out before. Money is tight and using Ibotta has helped me put food on the table for my boys. I just ask that you all please give me one more chance.
I feel lost without the app because I use it every day. Thanks in advance!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally told me how to get into my account. That's all I wanted.
I have gotten a few emails from Ibotta wanting me to do a review or rating but to do so, I have to get into my account and that's the whole problem. At the beginning of July, I was in my account and saw I didn't have enough rewards to cash in, so I shopped some more and had enough. The next time I tried to log in, I just got this same message saying you're working on it. Why can't someone do something about this?
I don't want to pay another $3.99 for not using my account. You can't call Ibotta and talk to someone so what are people supposed to do. Please fix this problem. You owe me thirty-some dollars and I would like to have it.

Verified Reviewer2 times the saving was taken away without my knowledge or permission. Both times I had saved nearly $ 50,00 on lbotta cash back. I am mad. Ibotta should give my money back to me.
I will use Ibotta again if they make sure of who you are sending the saved money too make a phone call To let the people money is heading that way. Cause this issue has happened 2 times.
Just like I said in the beginning, two times nearly $50.00 was taken out of my Ibotta account without my knowledge or permission. I checked my account on Friday 10/25/2024, and the money was there.
On 10/26/24, the money was gone.
Nearly $50.00 each time, and it also said that I had to login. I have cased out money and those things did not happen.
