I purchased 4 Fancy Feast items from Petsmart, submitted for cash back request 5 times. All 5 times it was denied, got an email back from “Stephanie” stating that they rejected my submission because they couldn’t see the date, transaction number, transaction amount or store.

Which is a complete lie because out of the two transactions, one was credited while the other one wasn’t and they were on the same receipt!

I’ve done everything Stephanie asked for and still it was rejected, what gives? This just tells me their employees are completely incompetent and do not care to look at the photos that are were submitted for proof of purchase.
