When I try to withdraw money it says that my account is locked and that I need to contact customer service, which I did. After 2.5 days, I sent another request for help.

So it’s been *4 days* and still no response!!!!!!

I read the reasons that accounts are generally locked and none apply to me.

Are they just trying to cheat me out of my money because I was able to get a relatively large rebate and now they don’t want to pay?

Before this incident I was a happy customer. Now i’m PISSED
